Magdalena Kaminska
Since 2011, I have been supporting clients in challenging professional contexts through coaching sessions and workshops, helping them to clarify their roles, make decisions and consciously shape their career development.
My work combines systemic coaching with scientifically grounded approaches from coaching psychology, positive psychology and positive leadership. I listen carefully, quickly grasp complex situations and support my clients in developing pragmatic, sustainable solutions.
Several thousand hours of coaching and 16 years of professional experience in academia, the cultural sector and non-profit organisations form the foundation of my work.
I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (University of East London) and am a Senior Practitioner of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
